4. Is providing data voluntary
Providing your data is voluntary but necessary for us to answer your enquiry. Without an e-mail address or phone number we have no way of replying.
5. Data recipients
Your data may be entrusted only to entities that support our business:
- OVH SAS — website and e-mail hosting. The servers are located in the European Union (Gravelines, France).
- Accounting office — for accounting documents, where a contract has been concluded.
We do not sell or share data for marketing purposes. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area.
The website does not load any resources from external servers — fonts, images and scripts are served exclusively from our own server. Opening the site therefore does not disclose your IP address to third parties.
6. Cookies and analytics
This website does not use cookies for tracking, profiling or advertising. We do not use Google Analytics or third-party marketing tools. For that reason there is no cookie consent banner — there is nothing to consent to.
7. Your rights
In connection with the processing of your data you have the right to:
- access your data and obtain a copy of it,
- rectify inaccurate data or complete incomplete data,
- erasure of your data (the “right to be forgotten”),
- restriction of processing,
- data portability to another controller,
- object to processing based on the controller’s legitimate interest.
To exercise these rights, write to dariusz@asphalt-tech.pl. We respond without undue delay and no later than within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
8. Automated decision-making
We do not make automated decisions and we do not profile the people whose data we process.
9. Security
The website operates exclusively over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to the mailbox and the server is protected and limited to the administrator. We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the scale of our business.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if the law or the way the website works changes. The date of the last update is given at the top of this document.
