Reclaimed asphalt granulators
Mobile machines that turn a RAP stockpile into a fraction ready for dosing — without crushing the aggregate grain.
Granulating, not crushing
Reclaimed asphalt brought in from milling sets into lumps on the stockpile. A crusher will deal with the lumps, but it also breaks the aggregate grain and shifts the grading curve — and then the mix design no longer holds.
A granulator tears the agglomerates apart along the bitumen bonds and leaves the grain alone. What comes off the stockpile is material with a repeatable grading that can be dosed at a high percentage. The machines are mobile and tracked — they work where the RAP lies and move between sites on a low-loader.
As a Makrum dealer we handle machine selection against your stockpile size and target RAP content, delivery, on-site commissioning, operator training, plus service and parts.
How we work together
