Plants designed around virgin aggregate start to choke once RAP is introduced. The bottleneck is the feed: a chute where RAP bridges, a conveyor with no speed control, and no independent weighing.
We build that system from the yard inwards: concrete-block bays for the separate fractions, a hopper with a chute that resists bridging, a conveyor with adjustable output, and the tie-in to the production line. We fit the system to the plant you have, not the other way round.
