Upgrades and modernisation
Replacing worn assemblies, raising output and bringing older plants up to today's mix designs.
When an upgrade makes sense
Most plants working in Europe today have sound structural steel and worn-out assemblies. Replacing those assemblies is usually cheaper and faster than a new installation, and it gets you to the output and RAP content that current tenders demand.
We start with an inspection while the plant is running — measuring where the bottleneck actually sits: at the drying drum, at the screens, at the RAP feed or at the weighing system. Only then do we propose a scope. Sometimes rebuilding one line is enough and the assembly does not need replacing at all.

Plant inspection while running — let's set a date
We come out, measure where the output is really limited, and propose a scope of work.
